Three initiatives are underway, including $450,000 in grants to build 14 housing units, $400,000 more in residential conversion funding and revisions to the zoning bylaw to support missing middle housing.

We created and presented a pre-feasibility report to help determine the cost, scope, and next steps of developing a year-round, on-the-land treatment facility at the existing Ketza Camp near Ross River. The goal of this report was to help bring clarity to the project proponents on what developing an on-the-land healing facility at the Ketza Camp could look like.
